This programme is fully sponsored by gorvernment and it targets the learners who commpleted Primary Leaving Examinations.The courses that are offered under this programme include:-

• 1.Motor Vehicle Mechanics(MVM)
• 2.Garment Design and Construction(GDC)
• 3.Brick/Blocklaying and concrete practice(BCP)
• 4.Food Preparation and Processing(FPP)
• 5.Carpentry and Joinery(CJ)
• 6.Welding and Metal Fabrication(WMF)

The minimum entry requirement for this programme is Primary Leaving Examiniations or it's Equivalent.

2 National Certificate(NC)

• 1.National Certificate in Agriculture(NCA)
• 2.National Certificate in Automotive Mechanics(NCAM)
• 3.National Certificate in Building Construction(NCBC)
• 4.National Certificate in Hotel Management and Institutional Catering(NCHMIC)
• 5.National Certificate in Fashion Design(NCFD)
• 6.National Certificate in Woodwork Technology(NCWT)
• 7.National Certificate in Welding and Metal Fabricarion(cNCWT)

The minimum entry requirement for this programme is Uganda Certificate of Education,Community Polytechnic Certificate,Uganda Junior Technical Certificate or an Equivalent.

3 Non Formal(NF)

This is a short course programme which takes the duration between 3-9 months and it being assess and certified by Directorate of Industrail Training.

The Programme targets those who are still at school and out of school but want to attain a certain skill to make them more relevant and competent in their area of speciality. The modules taught in this programme are majorly practical.The courses listed above are being offered under this programme
